This Privacy Policy explains how WHYGames (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile game and related services (the “Service”). We aim to collect no personally identifiable information directly. However, third-party partners (e.g., advertising SDKs) may process device and usage data to serve ads or ensure the Service works properly.

2. What We Process

• Game data (local): level progress, in-game currency, items, settings (e.g., sound/vibration). Stored locally on the device or in platform storage.
• Ads (Google AdMob): AdMob may automatically process device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), approximate location, IP-derived information, app/ads interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement. We default to Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) unless you choose otherwise via consent.
• We do not knowingly collect names, contact details, or other direct identifiers.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases (EEA/UK/CH)

• Ad delivery & measurement: based on your consent where required. If you do not consent, we serve non-personalized ads.
• Service operation & security: legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service stability), only to the extent permitted by law.

4. User & Legal Guardian Rights and How to Exercise Them

5. Protection of Children’s Personal Information

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we discover such information, we will promptly delete it. The game is for all ages; users under 14 may use the Service only with legal guardian consent (or a different age threshold if required by local law).

We implement organizational, technical, and physical safeguards, including (i) limiting staff access and training, (ii) access controls and logging, (iii) encryption and security software, and (iv) restricted areas and physical protections.

7. Retention & Deletion

We retain information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Upon purpose completion or valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize data without undue delay. When you withdraw consent, we stop using data for personalization.
